Giving

Every drop in the bay counts, and so does every donation to Tampa Bay Watch. Your generous donations fuel our dedication to a healthy Tampa Bay watershed, offering a lifeline to the diverse ecosystems we strive to protect and restore. At Tampa Bay Watch, every contribution creates a ripple that extends far beyond the immediate act of giving, fostering a sustainable future for our waters and wildlife, and helps us advance our vital work in restoration, education, and community outreach.

Creating waves of positive change for our community.

WAYS TO GIVE

Every generous contribution of every size and every type help us sustain and expand the programs and services that are vital to a healthy Tampa Bay estuary. Whether you wish to give now or make a non-cash gift, there are numerous ways to financially support Tampa Bay Watch and our mission.

  • Qualified Charitable Distribution

A qualified charitable distribution (QCD) allows individuals who are 70½ years old or older to donate up to $100,000 directly from an IRA. As a result, donors may avoid higher income tax brackets and prevent phaseouts of other tax deductions. Consult with your tax advisor for exceptions.
